Sabah Trip Day 6-7 (6 May 2015 - 7 May 2015)

Day 6 - 6 May 2015

We had McD as our breakfast and rent a taxi to bring us around whole day. It costed us RM 300/day for 5person.

We went to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park after our breakfast. The journey to Lok Kawi Wildlife Park takes 30 minutes to an hour's drive from Kota Kinabalu, the estimated distance is 20 kilometers.

OMG...it's my first time touch the snake using my fingers -.-

We went to Upside Down House (Rumah Terbalik) after the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park. The Upside Down House looks like a traditional Sabah village house from outside. Not only that, the inside is fully furnished. The interior area is about 1,500 square feet, with master bedroom, child room, living room + kitchen and a bathroom.

The ticket fee is MYR10 for Malaysian adult; MYR5 for child and free to infant aged 3 years or below. The visit will take 30 to 45 minutes.

No photo-taking is allowed for the interior design. It’s air-conditioned inside.

In the evening,we went Tanjung Aru for sunset 🌅

Chilling while waiting the sunset

End of my Sabah Trip 😉

From the trip, realized that it really doesn't matter where you go in life, what you do or how much you have,It's who you have beside you.

Sabah Trip Day 5 (5 May 2014)

Day 5 - 5 May 2014
It's really tiring after the hike especially our legs...we walked like mummy 😉

Actually not much activities on day5. We were just hanging around the Filipino Market which is almost opposite the main minibus station next to the Centre Point Shopping Complex on Jalan Tun Fuad Stephens. Most of the stalls are run by Filipino immigrants. A variety of Filipino and local handicrafts are sold in the hundreds of cramped stalls, along winding alleyways which are strung by low-slung curtains of shells, baskets and bags.

You can find a diverse range of products available at the Filipino Market - from traditional foods to medicine and toiletries.

We had some "Ikan pangang" & "Udang Pangan" as our tea time (4pm++). *.^

Heading to one of the historical landmarks of Kota Kinabalu which is the Atkinson Clock Tower after our tea time.

It is the only structure that was not destroyed in the Second World War because of which it has historical importance. The Tower was made in honor of Francis George Atkinson who died of malaria in 1902.

After the Atkinson Clock Tower, we went to observation tower to watch sunset.

Enjoying the sunset with friends and ais-cream was a wonderfull things to do during travel ☺️

We had seafoods as our dinner after the Sunset at Observation Tower.
The guy was so funny...He makes us laugh nonstop when we are trying to negotiate the price with him.(but forgot what joke he make)

                  Butter Lobster

                   Tiger Prawns

             Sweet and Sour Fried Fish

                          Chilli Crab
